Customer Support Role

As a vital part of our support team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and experience. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, identifying issues and routing them to available specialists when necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing worldwide return materials authorization
  • Ensuring timely completion of premium service orders
  • Coordinating with vendors for shipments, deliveries, and returns
  • Resolving RMA issues from customers or technical centers
  • Providing tracking updates on submitted calls
  • Updating databases to document customer cases
  • Notifying customers of product shipments
  • Escalating RMAs for additional support
  • Managing caseloads to closure

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with customers. They should also demonstrate good telephone and email etiquette. A graduate degree is required, and prior international support experience is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be willing to work in multiple time zones, including rotational night shifts.
