Strategic Partner for Talent Acquisition and Business Growth

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner to collaborate with our Technology/Product teams in driving business growth through effective talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grounding in HRBP responsibilities, including strategic people planning, talent development, and performance management. They will be able to design and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives, drive talent acquisition support, and lead initiatives in performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive talent acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform HR decisions.

The successful candidate will have 8–14 years of HR experience, with significant exposure to HRBP roles in product/software/tech environments. They will possess excellent stakeholder management, analytical skills, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth settings. Experience in organizational transformation, diversity & inclusion, and people analytics is also desirable.
