About the Role:

This is a highly rewarding role that requires strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients across various industries.

  • You will engage with organizations to understand their skilling needs and work closely with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from crafting proposals and presentations to managing relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
  • IDentify and acquire new clients across industry, CSR, and institutional domains.
  • Support sales teams in crafting proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that align with client objectives.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with product and academic teams to customize solutions such as skilling programs, certifications, or integrated training models.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach campaigns and promotional activities with partner needs.
  • Collect and channel client feedback to improve products, services, and partnership outcomes.
  • Assist in the implementation and rollout of programs and solutions, ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in client acquisition, relationship management, or pre-sales/partnerships.
  • Exposure to industry engagement, CSR, or educational partnerships preferred.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to diverse client requirements.
