Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional with fluency in Telugu and Kannada to spearhead growth initiatives for our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of building strong relationships.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales processes and achieve sales quotas.
  • Provide expert guidance to potential and existing customers, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Craft compelling pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of our EdTech program.
  • Motivate and guide students through personalized interactions, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with students, driving business growth and expansion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Telugu and Kannada.
  • Strong ability to build networks and relationships, driving business growth.
  • Good negotiation skills, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to high-quality work, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Optimistic, resilient, and open-minded attitude, with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
