Who are we looking for

As our Business Development Manager Extraordinaire, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the skilling
landscape and shaping the future of education. We are looking for someone who has 1-3 years of team-handling
experience in Business Development. Prior experience in the Edtech, banking or the Insurance industry is a bonus.

- Proactively generate revenue for your team by effectively managing daily pipeline and inputs

- Monitor and enhance the performance of all team members, implementing necessary interventions when
needed

- Develop strategic initiatives to achieve assigned targets within designated time frames consistently

- Mentor and support the career progression of individual team members, fostering their professional

- Design and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy to enhance the team's skills
continuously

- Contribute to team expansion by participating in candidate interviews and identifying ideal candidates
