We are seeking an experienced Lead Research Manager to play a key role in serving as an intermediary between business and clients. As a senior research professional, you will be responsible for meeting client needs and assisting in developing new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop liaison between the client and business on project-related issues
- Conduct day-to-day involvement with projects, including drafting research proposals, questionnaire design, data analysis, interpretation, and development of recommendations
- Take control in developing presentations for the client with suggestions from senior team members
- Monitor individual job costs throughout a project with supervision of seniors
- 3-5 years of experience in client service and quantitative research techniques
- Educational Qualification - MBA
- Knowledge of market research
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
