Key Relationship Manager Position

Our organization is seeking a Key Relationship Manager to spearhead the development of our business relationships and drive growth through effective relationship management.

  • Maximize top-of-funnel engagement by developing and executing business-to-leader (BTL) activations, generating referrals from prospect customers to expand our prospect base.
  • Optimize virtual connections with qualified prospects utilizing various digital platforms and social media channels.
  • Employ need-based selling strategies, tailoring recommendations to customer profiles, and provide assistance and coordination to facilitate smooth policy issuance.
  • Conduct rigorous and timely follow-ups on in-progress prospects to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Update prospect information and track performance using lead management systems like VYMO.
  • Verify that all procedural requirements for policy issuance are complete and accurate.
  • Monitor policies logged in branches to expedite insurance delivery and provide transparent product information to customers.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate degree.

Experience:

0-2 years of work experience. At least 6 months of experience in life insurance sales management, retail bank distribution, co-operative banking, or channel management.
