Salesforce Experience Cloud Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with a proven track record in building and managing Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of Salesforce expertise and hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Experience Cloud portals tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement customized Experience Cloud portals that meet client requirements.
  • Develop custom Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Apex to extend platform functionality.
  • Customize branding, theming, templates, and layouts in Experience Cloud.
  • Integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems via APIs.
  • Maintain platform security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 6 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in Experience Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in LWC, Aura, Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Process Builder.
  • Hands-on expertise in APIs, integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.).
