Health Insurance Agency Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Health Insurance Agency Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth across multiple locations. You will work closely with agents, guiding them through onboarding and coaching processes while contributing to significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Build and grow the health insurance agency business across assigned locations.
- Lead Agent Success: Recruit, onboard, and train insurance agents for successful activation.
- Coach Agents: Enhance agent productivity, customer engagement, and overall performance through effective coaching.
- Implement Best Practices: Implement agency best practices across all locations to drive consistent results.
Deliver Business Results:
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed revenue, premium, and profitability targets for your region.
- Renewal Business: Drive renewal business to meet defined goals.
- Strategic Insights: Provide strategic insights based on local market dynamics to inform business plans.
- Business Development: Design and implement location-specific business development strategies to drive growth.
Build Strong Relationships:
- Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and support functions.
- Agent Engagement: Create an engaging and motivating environment for agents.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing coaching through regular reviews.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelors degree in any field.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Insurance Experience: 3-4 years of experience in insurance, sales, or agency management.
- Business Acumen: Proven track record of consistently achieving business targets.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Motivation: Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach.
