Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage potential franchise partners from various industries (insurance, FMCG, retail, pharma, and other local businesses).
- Conduct daily field meetings and business development activities to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Present the franchise business model, investment details, and long-term growth potential to prospective partners.
- Negotiate effectively and close franchise agreements, ensuring mutual value creation.
- Maintain and track a healthy sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and structured reporting.
- Provide regular market insights, competitor intelligence, and progress updates to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong local networks to support sustained franchise growth.
- Travel extensively across assigned regions to execute expansion plans and achieve targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise expansion.
- Prior exposure to industries like FMCG, Pharma, Insurance, Retail, Cement, Paints, or similar distribution-led businesses preferred.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business closures.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹45,000.00 per month
