About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to fill the role of Assistant Agency Manager. This individual will play a crucial part in driving business growth across multiple locations, working closely with agents to enhance productivity, customer engagement, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Business Success

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the health insurance agency business across assigned regions.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train insurance agents for successful activation and retention.
  • Coach agents to improve their skills, leading to increased productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices across all locations, ensuring seamless operations.

Deliver Financial Results

  • Achieve revenue, premium, and profitability targets for your region, contributing to the company's overall success.
  • Drive renewal business to meet defined goals, ensuring consistent revenue streams.
  • Provide strategic insights based on local market dynamics to inform business plans and drive growth.
  • Design and implement location-specific business development strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Foster Strong Relationships

  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and support functions.
  • Create an engaging and motivating environment for agents, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing coaching through regular reviews and feedback sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-4 years of experience in insurance, sales, or agency management, with a proven track record of achieving business targets.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging strengths and expertise to drive results.
