Relationship Associate Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with customers in relation to insurance products and services.

About the Role

The Relationship Associate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with bank customers, engaging with them to understand their insurance needs, and providing information about available insurance products. They will also stay updated on product features, benefits, terms, and conditions to effectively communicate the offerings to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: The Relationship Associate will establish and maintain strong relationships with bank customers, engaging with them to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions based on individual requirements.
  • Insurance Product Knowledge: They will develop a comprehensive understanding of the insurance products offered by the bank, including life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, and other relevant insurance solutions.
  • Sales and Cross-Selling: The Relationship Associate will actively promote and sell insurance products to bank customers, identifying cross-selling opportunities by analyzing customer profiles and financial needs.
  • Needs Analysis and Solution Design: They will conduct needs analysis for customers to determine their insurance requirements, assess the customer's risk profile, financial goals, and coverage needs, and design suitable insurance solutions that align with the customer's preferences and financial capabilities.
  • Documentation and Application Processing: The Relationship Associate will assist customers with the completion of insurance application forms and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information provided by customers and facilitating the smooth processing of insurance applications.
  • Customer Service and Support: They will provide ongoing customer service and support to address inquiries, claims processing, and policy servicing requirements, acting as a point of contact for customers throughout the insurance policy lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, business administration, or marketing.
  • Proven experience in relationship building, customer service, and sales.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, including life insurance, health insurance, and general insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
