Lead Data Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned data leader to lead our analytics strategy, build scalable infrastructure, and create a high-performing analytics organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Infrastructure Development: Design and optimize data models, tools, and frameworks to enable large-scale analytics and faster decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Build and scale a world-class analytics team with experience in functions such as business/operations, marketing/CRM, and product/finance analytics.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of running analytics across mobile, web, marketing, product, and operations data ecosystems. They will also have expertise in data modeling, flat table structures, and query optimization for large-scale systems, as well as familiarity with machine learning workflows and feature engineering.

Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 8+ years in data & analytics leadership, with proven success in building data marts and defining enterprise-wide data consumption strategies.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep technical expertise in data modeling, flat table structures, and query optimization for large-scale systems.
  • Machine Learning Competency: Familiarity with machine learning workflows (data pipelines for ML, feature engineering, model monitoring) and ability to guide data scientists in building predictive/ML models.

Success in this role will be measured by the development and implementation of a comprehensive data strategy, the design and optimization of data models and tools, and the creation of a high-performing analytics team.
