Job Overview:

The role of Senior Manager, Digital Transformation is a pivotal position that drives strategic initiatives and enables business growth through digital excellence.

This senior-level position will lead the execution of LDT roadmaps to deliver transformative solutions for key customers in the F&A domain. Key areas of focus include Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and technology adoption such as Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving effective digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects in collaboration with cross-functional global leads, including digital delivery teams and client leadership.

Key responsibilities also include providing analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives.

Furthermore, this role involves leading initiatives that provide exposure to senior stakeholders – internal and external, and driving continuous improvement, productivity improvement, and operational excellence by implementing best practices and standardization.

Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six sigma, COE projects for mitigating process issues and improving Operational efficiencies identified across towers.

Requirements:
  • Certified Black belt
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain and transformation across sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation, etc.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.
  • Experience in managing client discussions and driving large transformation programs.
