Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead large-scale solutions using machine learning techniques to address complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science capabilities into our products and workflows.
  • Work closely with customers and business leaders to understand their pain points and build tailored solutions.
  • Define technical architectures to productize innovative machine-learning algorithms and take them to market through strategic partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to enhance existing systems.
Requirements
  • Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field (PhD preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science, with a strong focus on healthcare (if possible).
  • Hands-on experience in Python for building enterprise applications.
  • Deep understanding of classical and new-age NLP techniques, including transformer architecture training or fine-tuning.
  • Experience with new-age fine-tuning techniques like PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA.
  • Knowledge of GenAI tools and techniques, including RAG, VectorDBs, and Agentic AI fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in at least one of LangChain, Crew.AI, or other relevant platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and HuggingFace transformers.
  • Experience with ML platforms such as Databricks, Azure ML, or Sagemaker.
