Senior Manager Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Digital Transformation to lead our organization's digital transformation efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digitalization strategy, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.

  • This includes leading projects that leverage emerging technology to streamline processes, improve data analytics, and drive automation initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions and oversee the deployment of these technologies.

In this role, you will analyze business operations, identify pain points and inefficiencies, and propose innovative digital solutions to enhance performance and service delivery. You will also monitor industry trends in digital transformation and assess their potential impact on our operations.

  • You will define KPIs and success metrics for digital programs and ensure continuous improvement and measurable ROI.
  • A key responsibility will be to drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and processes among employees.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or consulting, preferably within a GBS environment.

Strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and automation tools;
Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams during complex projects;
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically;
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels;
