Director of Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Director of Transformation to lead large-scale organizational change initiatives.

About the Role:
  • This is a key position that will drive business growth and success through strategic planning, execution, and management.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective transformation strategies that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing organizational change strategies.
  2. Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
  5. Evaluate and measure the success of transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational change management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of executing projects successfully as per agreed schedule, budget, and scope.
  • Experience working on large-scale transformations, including digital, process, or cultural changes.
  • Certifications like PROSCI or equivalent are a plus.
