Job Description

This Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by owning the entire opportunity management cycle, from identifying business opportunities to service delivery and negotiations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and business objectives to offer solutions that align with their goals
  • Preparing accurate project estimates and setting realistic expectations with clients
  • Building comprehensive account plans, identifying key relationships and growth opportunities in alignment with Mavlers' strategic direction
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process, from approaching customers to closing deals, including creating presentations, proposals, and negotiating terms
  • Leading the customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery, and kick-off projects effectively, aligning client expectations with the delivery team's capabilities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing high-volume US accounts
  • Experience in selling services such as Web Development, WordPress, SEO, SMO, SEM, PPC, GA4, HTML, and Email Marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create presentations, proposals, and negotiate terms
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools like Hubspot and MS Office, including PowerPoint
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well in a team environment, with enthusiasm for building relationships and delivering excellent customer service
Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
