The role plays a key part in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality standards, supporting audits, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits.
  • Collect and submit quality improvement data timely and accurately.
  • Drive quality improvement projects and ensure they are carried out with precision and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, policies, procedures, and document control of forms and formats.
  • Implement and monitor quality standards across the hospital with the Unit Leadership Team.
  • Identify documentation requirements and prepare them within 15 days of identification.
  • Support hospital-wide quality initiatives and comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree along with MBA/MHA or equivalent.
  • 3–4 years of experience in quality department, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes (NABH preferred), and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and handle multiple tasks with precision.
  • Willingness to relocate to Goa.
