Senior IT Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, system administration, and project coordination. Proficiency in administering Windows Server environments, networking concepts, and virtualization technologies is essential.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily IT operations, providing technical support for hardware and software issues, managing user requests, implementing software deployment, and maintaining server infrastructure.

In addition, the successful candidate will assist with network management, data backup and recovery, audio-visual and event support, cybersecurity and data protection, and project management and coordination.

We are looking for an individual with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

A relevant industry certification, experience with ITIL framework or other IT service management methodologies, and familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python would be an advantage.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in administering Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy).
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, Firewalls, Routers, Switches).
  • Experience with Firewall, Endpoint Protection System (EPS), and Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with database management (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Experience with IT security best practices, antivirus solutions, and data backup strategies.
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with specific experience in any Education ERP or CAMU ERP being an extra benefit.
  • Experience with Google Apps (Workspace) administration and Office 365 administration, including Microsoft Exchange Online administration.
  • Knowledge and experience with CCTV and Access Control systems.
  • Experience with Meraki Wi-Fi administration.
  • Familiarity with CRM administration.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
