Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to spearhead our daily quality assurance operations. This role entails developing and implementing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will oversee quality audits, produce quality reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, train staff on quality procedures, address customer concerns, and enhance overall product quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quality System Development: Design and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Quality Audits and Reporting: Manage quality audits, produce quality reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on quality procedures and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement projects using Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and build a strong QA/QC team that is passionate about delivering high-quality products.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in Quality Management within the EMS/electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SMT, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & 8D tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
