Agency Manager Job Description
The Agency Manager will be responsible for leading a team of advisors and driving the growth and development of a variable agency model in the assigned regions. This role is critical in achieving revenue and renewal targets with a focus on building and scaling a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Handle and develop a team of advisors, providing them with guidance, support, and training to maximize their performance.
- Foster a strong collaborative team environment that motivates advisors to achieve their targets.
- Agency Model Development:
- Drive the implementation and growth of a strong variable agency model within the assigned geography.
- Ensure that the agency model is effective, scalable, and capable of delivering significant top-line revenue.
- Revenue and Renewal Achievement:
- Achieve top-line revenue targets through the successful management of the variable agency model.
- Meet or exceed renewal targets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Knowledge and Strategy:
- Leverage a strong knowledge of the life insurance market and products to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Develop strategies that align with market trends and optimize the performance of the sales team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building and scaling a sales team is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Kannada and English is required.
