Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Jisha Enterprise Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collect and analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor information to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including regular performance feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Sales Executives and other team members to ensure efficient execution of sales activities.
- Conduct product training sessions to enhance the team's understanding and selling skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- A Master's degree, such as an MBA (Master of Business Administration), is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experienced Sales Professionals: Individuals with a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the textile industry, are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 5-7 Years of experience.
Skills:
- Strong sales abilities, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team to achieve their goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for building rapport with clients.
