Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Lead Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and increasing sales revenue.
  • Identify and prospect potential new customers, providing them with expert advice on our products and services.
  • Provide product information and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our furniture products.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchase.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, ensuring that they are tailored to the customer's specific needs and requirements.
  • Closing sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand clients' specific needs and requirements, providing personalized solutions and product recommendations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Interior Designing, Architecture, or any related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer concerns and objections.
  • Proficiency in using software and tools used in sales and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
