Senior Sales Operations Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by developing and optimizing sales operations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure top-tier sales performance and cost efficiency.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team—hire, mentor, and guide employees.
  • Ensure smooth business processes, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Solve operational, administrative, and strategic challenges in collaboration with HQ.
  • Create a seamless, high-efficiency workflow to boost productivity.
  • Work with B2B and affiliates.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably in fintech).
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make quick decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
  • A positive, proactive mindset with out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills. Be able to analyze data, draw conclusions.
  • Ability to create sales strategy based on incoming data and adapt sales strategy in a timely manner.
  • Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to provide results in the form of clear, understandable reports based on data rather than words.
