About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled IT sales professional to lead our efforts in providing cutting-edge technology solutions. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the digital and infrastructure solution segments.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a results-driven culture, motivating team members to meet and surpass sales goals.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales approaches and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification in sales or IT solutions is a plus.
  • At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on digital transformation and infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
