Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to lead our revenue growth efforts.

The primary responsibility of this position is to analyze and maximize revenue streams across various business channels. This involves maintaining revenue management standards, reviewing business performance against established goals, and monitoring trends within a two- to three-year forecast to ensure measurable improvements in demand and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze short- and long-term forecasting, trends in group inventories & rates, occupancy, goals, product line, and strategic sales goals.
  • Monitor marketing channels, key and other account production, and ensure that all major channels of distribution effectively support the product and maintain rate parity.
  • Review future booking and evaluate trends.
  • Update all channels of distribution as needed with rate or inventory restrictions.
  • Work with each region to develop region-specific strategies to ensure growth, establish appropriate goals, and benchmarks to effectively measure performance.
  • Monitor and analyze the competition weekly through various channels, internet, news reports to identify selling strategies and emerging trends.
  • Explore and provide variations in the market mix which would stimulate additional revenue without increasing costs.
  • Maintain software programs contributing to revenue management and assist with implementation of Revenue Management basics and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA / Post Graduate in Finance & Revenue Management preferred.
  • A minimum of ten years experience with travel / airline/ hotel industry & with three to five years in Revenue Management.
