Job Overview

Spectra Hospitality is a leading hotel consultant with a diverse portfolio of upscale and boutique hotels across India.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen processes, and unlock top-line performance across our extensive network of hotels and resorts.

  • Lead multi-property revenue management strategies across managed and asset-managed hotels.
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to design dynamic pricing models.
  • Drive channel optimization (OTAs, CRS, GDS, brand.com) to achieve optimal business mixes.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Manager with:

  • 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
  • A proven track record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
  • Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
