
Dynamic Client Growth Specialist

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to drive key client success. The ideal candidate will form and maintain professional relationships, follow through on contract closures and renewals, and play a key role in their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 5-10 key client accounts, developing executive relationships with country-level leadership.
- Communicate effectively between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about clients' needs, visions, IT roadmaps, and any anticipated deviations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the account, business, and key stakeholders.
- Pitch relevant services to clients, identifying new markets and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Track delivery timelines and quality, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time.
- Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounts management or customer success roles for a software company.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
- Understanding of sales funnels and different stages.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales deals.
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics, translating them into strategy.
- Goal-oriented attitude with proactive working style.
