Branch Manager

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of managers and ensuring the overall profitability of our retail banking operations in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the area in terms of sales, branch operations, and administration.
  2. Buildd an exceptional portfolio for the area.
  3. Responsible to achieve targeted sales for the branches in the area.
  4. Track and ensure repayments of loans disbursed in the area.
  5. Maintain and deliver branch productivity.
  6. Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve desired results.
  7. Handhold team members to achieve desired targets.
  8. Field visits with branch team members to handhold in sourcing and collection.
  9. Responsible for sales team performance and be a team player.
  10. To build and nurture a team and enable them to achieve high performance.
  11. Ensure 100% compliance to policies and processes and all regulatory matters.
  12. Responsible for training team members on products and handholding.
  • 5-15 years of experience in a related field.
  • Background in private commercial banks and large banks.
  • Sales and Collection function.
  • Hindi and English languages.
  • Basic Microsoft office skills.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation (Any Stream).
  • Post-graduation (MBA Preferred).
  • Professional Qualifications: Graduate & Above.
  • Certifications (please specify):

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and policies.
