K-Beauty Retail Ambassador

We're passionate about K-beauty and we're looking for talented individuals to join our retail team.

• Our stores offer an experiential retail space featuring global K-beauty brands, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

• You will be responsible for inspecting incoming products, managing inventory efficiently, and overseeing daily store operations, including product displays, cleanliness, and checkout processes.
• As a key member of our retail team, you will assist customers with in-store promotions and brand introductions, and support part-time staff with product knowledge and customer service training.
• You will contribute to product curation and merchandising decisions based on customer feedback and trends.
