Job Description

Cognitive skills and adaptability are at the core of our digital therapeutics platform. Our goal is to empower children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodivergent conditions by providing personalized, adaptive learning pathways.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design effective test cases by analyzing business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for various types of testing including functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Perform thorough manual testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain traceability between requirements and test cases.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Provide timely and detailed test execution status reports to the QA Lead / Project Manager.
  • Support UAT by assisting business users and validating fixes.
Additional Expectations
  • Mentor junior testers by sharing knowledge and reviewing test cases.
  • Take ownership of testing for assigned modules or projects with minimal supervision.
  • Provide input for test effort estimation and project planning.
  • Identify opportunities for test optimization and improvements in QA processes.
