Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest quality of our products through manual and automation testing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform manual and automation testing to guarantee product quality, develop and maintain test cases, plans, and scripts, conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Bug Tracking and Analysis: Identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail, collaborate with dev and product teams to align on requirements and fixes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation testing, validate networking-related features and ensure ITIL compliance, analyze logs, support root cause analysis, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes, basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter.
