Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product development group, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to identify root causes of defects and ensure timely fixes.
- Create and maintain test documentation to improve QA workflows.
- Conduct manual testing and build automated test suites for faster release cycles.
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
- Track and report bugs using JIRA/Trello; manage testing cycles with TestRail or similar tools.
- Contribute to QA process improvements and release management practices.
- Stay updated with QA frameworks, automation tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of QA experience, preferably in a product-based company.
- Proficiency with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Passion for product quality, continuous improvement, and learning.
