Leading our consulting and operations functions is a foundational leadership role where you'll manage teams, consult clients, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring industry experience (Exports, GST, MCA, Subsidy Consulting, or CA firm background) and drive both client delivery and business growth.

  • Achieve key responsibilities such as acting as the lead consultant across service lines: GST, IGST, Exports, Subsidy Management, MCA Compliance, and Corporate Consulting.
  • Provide expert advisory to clients ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Oversight of daily operations guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaboration with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes compliance monitoring and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions audits and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.

Requirements

  • Experience 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm Chartered Accountant office or Export/Compliance industry.
  • Knowledge Areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning operations and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or International Business MBA/CA Inter preferred.
  • Enthusiastic leader who is hungry for growth detail-oriented and passionate about building consulting excellence.
