Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial transactions.
  • Manage plant expenditures to optimize cost efficiency, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing effective controls.
  • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for improvement, developing strategies to enhance profitability and reduce costs.
  • Implement cost control measures and track performance against cost targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will also be responsible for maintaining export turnover, profitability, and variance analysis, as well as gross margin variance analysis, procurement price analysis, and batch costing. Additionally, you will prepare yield reports of the factory and TPU, capacity utilization reports, and coordinate the completion of various reconciliations required for the Cost audit.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ICWA Qualified or Semi Qualified / CMA Semi Qualified with 5 years of experience in Costing.
  • Proven experience in Costing and Plant Accounting.
  • Strong data handling and process handling skills.
  • Excellent team handling and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
