Job Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Manager to lead our India operations and support other geographies. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage audits, financial reporting, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Establish robust checks and controls for accuracy.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness.
  • Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with business heads to provide financial insights and strategic support.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities for financial and statutory matters.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A CA/CMA/MBA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a service industry.
  • Exposure to international accounting standards or global financial operations is beneficial.
