General Manager (Branch Level)

The ideal candidate will oversee branch operations, execute strategies, and manage teams to drive guest satisfaction and business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
  2. Take ownership of property operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality service delivery.
  3. Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvements to achieve business objectives.
  4. Lead, mentor, and manage property teams, including managers, housekeeping, front office, and security staff.
  5. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  6. Identify training needs and organize capacity-building initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
  7. Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding service standards and addressing feedback proactively.
  8. Handle escalated guest concerns and resolve issues to maintain brand reputation.
  9. Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  10. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations and resolve bottlenecks.
  11. Oversee property budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial plans.
  12. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or guest satisfaction.
  13. Ensure all branch operations comply with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
  14. Conduct regular audits to maintain quality and operational consistency across properties.
  15. Identify opportunities for improving property performance and guest occupancy rates.
  16. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement local strategies for attracting guests and increasing revenue.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 4-5 years in hospitality management, with a focus on multi-property or branch-level operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle large and diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest, team, and vendor interactions.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
