This full-time position in Noida or Vadodara involves overseeing day-to-day property operations, providing administrative support, managing lease administration, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for properties
  • Offer administrative assistance to stakeholders
  • Efficiently handle lease administration tasks
  • Maintain excellent communication with tenants and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong property management skills are essential
  • Proficiency in Appfolio, Yardi, or Buildium is advantageous
  • Excellent English language skills with a good understanding of American English
  • Spanish-speaking skills are beneficial
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities are required
  • Prior experience in property management or real estate is desirable
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
