Job Role Overview:

The Property Transactions Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire property sale and purchase process from initial booking to registration. This role requires strong negotiation, documentation, and client-handling skills to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stages of the property transaction process.
  • Coordinate with clients, sales teams, solicitors, and financial institutions for documentation and payment processing.
  • Verify accuracy of agreements, payment schedules, and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Resolve client queries related to agreements, stamp duty, registration, and possession.
  • Maintain transaction records and update management on weekly progress.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in property transactions or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of property registration procedures, stamp duty, RERA compliance, and payment processing systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and documentation management.
