Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Senior Associate Legal.

  • Draft and review commercial contracts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough legal due diligence for companies, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their operations and financials.
  • Provide expert transaction advisory services, guiding clients through complex deals and negotiations.
  • Support start-ups in venture capital transactions, helping them navigate the intricacies of fundraising and deal closure.
  • Structure cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
  • Create and negotiate transaction documents, such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and investment agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry laws and regulations, advising clients on compliance and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong background in law, preferably with experience in commercial contracts, due diligence, and transaction advisory.
