Job Title

We are hiring for a senior academic leader to provide strategic direction and oversight to our vertical of the school. This role will be responsible for managing the quality of academic programs, operational efficiencies, and financial performance of the vertical.


This position works closely with faculty and staff to foster a student-centered learning environment and promote academic excellence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in higher education, with experience in budget management, strategic planning, and team development.


The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and at least 12+ years of experience in a senior academic or business role. They will possess deep knowledge of the local market, community, and industry forces, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic direction and oversight to the vertical
  • Managing the quality of academic programs
  • Leading the development of new programs and services
  • Fostering partnerships with the higher education community and professional organizations
  • Recruiting, retaining, and developing faculty members


Required qualifications include:

  • Masters degree in relevant field
  • At least 12+ years of experience in senior academic or business role
  • Proven track record of leadership in higher education
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of corporate governance
