Job Title: Deputy Academic Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our leadership team as Deputy Academic Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of academic policies, programs, and initiatives that drive student success and achievement.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance instructional practices, improve student outcomes, and increase teacher effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving student outcomes and increasing teacher effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
