Associate Business Head Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to spearhead our Ed-tech firm's growth and profitability. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, and drive the financial performance of our organization.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability for the business.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to execute the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing financial performance for a business unit.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
