**Your Role**:
As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of electronic devices. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Technical Expertise**:

- Accurately diagnose hardware and software issues in laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV cameras, and other electronic devices.
- Perform efficient and effective repairs, including component replacement, software installation, and system optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and repair techniques.
- **Customer Focus**:

- Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and concisely.
- Communicate repair status and estimated timelines to customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers through your expertise and professionalism.
