Candidates from Gorakpur, Azamgarh, Ayodhya, Balia, Varanasi, Chandauli, Ghazipur, will be preferred.

Role & responsibilities

  • Strengthen the distribution and sales network by increasing the BC Agent/retailer Outlets to the maximum possible extent in the assigned territory. Ensure existing BCA's are adequately serviced.
  • Understand the market demographics and drive sales strategy according to customer segments.
  • Increase value for Partners i.e. Distributors & Retailers through systematic marketing activities.
  • Develop timely Market Intelligence reports, detailing the changing customer trends and competitors performance.
  • Work closely with the distributor team to understand and improve the markets.
  • Engage with local state government and local clients for accomplishing NEXTZENs business objectives.
  • Ensure monthly and weekly enrollment targets for each district.
  • Operate within assigned budgets.
  • Report progress and issues to senior and seek resolution.
  • Ensure Client satisfaction.
  • Grow Distribution and Market Share in the assigned territory of operations.
  • Identify and Recruit the distributors to align and drive business in the market.
  • Formulate and Launch the counter strategy for local initiatives taken up by the competition.
  • Ability to understand the data so as to gather the right information and plan the execution accordingly.
  • Analyse the data and identify the improvement areas, substantiate through market visits to identify the priority spots in order to perform in.
  • Plan the market size, span and geographies for team.
  • To ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, plans and or promotional programs for the region.
  • Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for Sales, Managing, Training and motivating existing distributor / BCA/ Retailer to drive revenue growth.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with key customers.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from Corporate Business Correspondent and Fintech field will be preferred.
