Description:

Are you a seasoned recruitment professional with a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving global hiring strategies? We are seeking an accomplished Head of Recruitment to join our organization. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the global recruitment strategy, managing employer branding, and implementing innovative hiring solutions aligned with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Define, develop, and execute the global recruitment strategy to meet current and future workforce needs.
    • Partner with the executive team, HR, and business leaders to understand organizational goals and align hiring plans.
    • Forecast talent demand and workforce planning needs across multiple geographies.
  • Team & Process Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters, sources', and coordinators to deliver high-quality outcomes.
    • Establish robust recruitment processes, metrics, and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
    • Implement technology-driven solutions (ATS, AI-based sourcing tools, data analytics) for operational excellence.
  • Talent Acquisition Excellence:
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for leadership, niche, and volume hiring.
    • Drive diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives to build a balanced workforce.
    • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a superior candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding & Stakeholder Management:
    • Enhance the organization's employer brand in global markets through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
    • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent market trends and best practices.
    • Collaborate with universities, industry bodies, and recruitment partners to strengthen external networks.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    • Ensure recruitment policies are in line with labor laws, compliance, and ethical hiring practices.
    • Monitor market intelligence and compensation benchmarks to stay competitive.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 7+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven expertise in global talent acquisition across multiple regions (Asia, Middle East, Europe, Americas).
  • Strong experience in leadership hiring, employer branding, and recruitment technology adoption.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling recruitment teams in high-growth organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
