Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate talent acquisition specialist to join our team.

Department: Human Resources / Administration

Reports To: HR Manager / General Manager / Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs;
  • Source and select high-quality candidates using various methods, including social media and professional networks;
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations;
  • Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in corporate talent acquisition or a related field;
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and systems.
