Candidate Relationship Management:

  • You will communicate effectively with candidates to provide a positive experience.
  • You will coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.

Hiring Manager Collaboration:

  • You will partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and hiring priorities.
  • You will advise on recruitment strategies and market trends.

Recruitment Process Improvement:

  • You will continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hires.

Requirements:

  • You have proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • You can build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • You are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.
