Job Overview

Energy Resource Manager

As an Energy Resource Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for online services. You will be responsible for managing IT allocation at the campus metro level, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure demands are properly allocated across the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT allocation at the campus metro level by collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Familiarize with data center design and manage IT resources.
  • Perform virtual failure analysis and develop a master allocation plan.
  • Ensure compliance with data center business units and service-level policies.
  • Engage with teams and resources to execute tasks or projects.
  • Manage programs associated with the area of responsibility.
  • Contribute to staying within budget and follow safety and security policies.
  • Report any safety or security issues immediately.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • 7 years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft customer and government security screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in critical environment infrastructure.
  • 1 year of experience in IT critical space and understanding of IT allocation.
